Join us on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th November 2026, Ascot Conference Centre.

The 18th biennial Wexham Cruciate Meeting will return to the Royal Ascot Conference centre. Started by Robin Allum FRCS in 1992 in an era when the evolution of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction had gone from being a largely open procedure to being an arthroscopic technique.

This meeting is a practical approach to knee ligament surgery, looking at the latest techniques to repair or reconstruct injured knees in all groups of patients from the recreational sportsperson through to the professional elite athlete.

Through talks, discussions and live surgical demos, the theme of the meeting is a hands-on, practical approach whether you are just starting out in your career or an experienced surgeon updating their knowledge. There is plenty of time allocated for discussion, talks and live demonstrations

RCS Accreditation
The meeting has received accreditation from the Royal College of Surgeons and CPD points will be applied for. Last year’s meeting attracted 9 points.
