Join us at the Basingstoke Knee Osteotomy Masterclass on Thursday 4th & Friday 5th December at The Ark Centre in Basingstoke.

The Basingstoke Knee Osteotomy Masterclass returns once again building upon its heritage for being the most established knee osteotomy course in the UK.

BKOM25 aims to promote the principles of knee osteotomy surgery and allow patients to keep their own knee joint for longer.

It is the only course nationally with live surgery allowing you an unprecedented exposure to this cornerstone of joint preservation surgery.

BKOM25 helps surgeons seeking to explore and learn about basic knee osteotomy surgery and allow them to introduce it to their practice.

For experienced surgeons we address complex osteotomy procedures and the latest innovations. Delegates will be guided through osteotomy techniques utilising saw-bone sessions, lectures, seminars as well as live surgery.

We encourage delegates to also join us during our sponsored breakout lunchtime sessions to expand their knowledge and interact with our industry sponsors. The course allows for plenty of networking opportunity for faculty and delegates during our drinks reception and course dinner.

Introducing the Cadaveric Osteotomy Day

Saturday 6th December — A New Addition to the Basingstoke Knee Osteotomy Masterclass

For the first time, the Basingstoke Knee Osteotomy Masterclass is proud to present a Cadaveric Osteotomy Day, taking place the day after the main Masterclass event.

This hands-on course offers a unique opportunity to perform both medial opening wedge high tibial osteotomy (HTO) and medial closing wedge distal femoral osteotomy (DFO) using the Newclip® plating system. Fluoroscopy will be available throughout the day to support procedural accuracy.

Each delegate will be paired per limb and guaranteed the opportunity to perform at least one osteotomy under close supervision from the experienced Basingstoke faculty.

Spaces are strictly limited, and the course is designed specifically for Consultant-level surgeons.

Don’t miss this valuable, practical extension to the Masterclass.

The course will take place at the new Ortho Surgical Skills Centre in Newbury, for full details on the new lab, please click here: https://www.ossc.com/
